What we collect
- Estimate requests name, phone, email, questionnaire answers, message and contact preferences.
- Usage events, without cookies pages opened, clicks and errors.
- The IP address is used only to compute a daily salted identifier and is never stored.
What we use it for
- To answer your request and prepare the quote.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the forms.
Legal basis
- Estimate requests pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Usage events legitimate interest in improving the site.
How long we keep it
Usage events are kept.
The contact fields of a request (name, phone and email) are pseudonymised 24 months after the last change of the request's status, unless the job was won.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and you can complain to the supervisory authority.
